Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Refund Policy") applies to purchases made through Mclenhub ("Mclenhub", "we", "us", or "our") at https://mclenhub.com and through our related Services.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this Refund Policy in addition to the Mclenhub Terms of Service.

This Refund Policy is subject to applicable Nigerian law and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refund requests for digital skill courses and Career Path enrollments should generally be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the request should be made before substantial use of the purchased learning service has occurred.

When assessing a refund request, Mclenhub may consider factors including:

• whether substantial course content has been accessed;
• whether downloadable materials have been substantially downloaded or used;
• whether the student has attended live classes or sessions;
• whether substantial tutoring or mentorship has already been provided;
• whether assessments, projects, or other program activities have been substantially completed; and
• the nature and circumstances of the refund request.

Where appropriate, Mclenhub may provide a full refund, partial refund, account credit, transfer to another eligible course, or another appropriate resolution.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applies to you under mandatory applicable law.

Because digital learning services may provide immediate access to educational content, access to a course or program may begin immediately after payment.

By accessing paid content, live sessions, mentorship, assignments, or other program services, you acknowledge that the service may have already begun.

However, access to digital content does not automatically eliminate any refund rights that may apply under applicable law or this Refund Policy.

Career Accelerator is a structured educational and career-development program that may include mentorship, portfolio development, CV/resume guidance, interview preparation, practical projects, career guidance, and related services.

Because some Career Accelerator services involve personalized preparation, mentor allocation, onboarding, reviews, and other resources that may be committed specifically to a student, cancellation and refund eligibility may differ from standard digital courses.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, in an acceptance letter, or in a separate written agreement:

• before onboarding begins, a student may request cancellation and a refund subject to applicable law and the terms communicated at enrollment;
• after onboarding or personalized program delivery has substantially begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• after mentor matching or substantial personalized services have been provided, Mclenhub may consider the services already delivered when determining any applicable refund or partial refund; and
• any separately stated application fee is subject to the refund terms disclosed before payment.

The specific refund and cancellation terms applicable to a Career Accelerator enrollment may also be stated in the student's acceptance letter, invoice, or enrollment agreement.

Mclenhub does not guarantee employment, a particular salary, a specific number of interviews, freelance income, business revenue, or any other specific career or financial outcome.

Physical training is generally arranged through a custom quotation following administrative review.

Mclenhub will not collect payment for a custom physical-training arrangement until the applicable quote has been presented and accepted, unless otherwise stated.

The applicable quote or training agreement may specify:

• the training schedule;
• location;
• duration;
• fees;
• cancellation terms;
• rescheduling terms;
• refund terms; and
• other conditions specific to the engagement.

Where the quote contains specific cancellation or refund terms, those terms will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Custom learning paths, corporate training, private tutoring, physical training, and other individually arranged services may have refund and cancellation terms specific to the service.

Where specific terms apply, they will be communicated before payment or included in the applicable quotation, invoice, acceptance letter, or written agreement.

If you believe you have:

• been charged more than once for the same purchase;
• been charged the wrong amount;
• been charged after a failed transaction;
• made a payment for an enrollment that was not successfully created; or
• experienced another payment-processing error,

We will investigate the transaction and, where an error is confirmed, take appropriate steps to correct it.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Paystack, Stripe, or other payment processors.

If a payment is shown as successful by your bank or payment provider but your Mclenhub enrollment has not been confirmed, contact us before making another payment.

Mclenhub may request transaction information or a payment reference to investigate the issue.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you have a dispute concerning a purchase, we encourage you to contact Mclenhub at hello@mclenhub.com before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any legal right or remedy available to you.

Where a payment dispute is determined to involve fraud or unauthorized use, Mclenhub may suspend or terminate the associated account, subject to applicable law and our Terms of Service.

• Email address associated with your Mclenhub account
• Order or transaction reference
• Name of the course or program purchased
• Purchase date
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant supporting information

Providing complete information helps us process your request more efficiently.

Mclenhub aims to acknowledge and review refund requests within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

If a refund is approved, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution involved.

Mclenhub cannot guarantee the exact time required by a third-party payment provider to complete a refund.

Where an application fee, administrative fee, personalized service fee, or other fee is specifically identified as non-refundable before payment, that fee may not be refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Mclenhub will not treat a fee as non-refundable merely because it wishes to do so after the payment has been made; applicable non-refundable terms will be disclosed before or at the time of purchase where required.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or remove any mandatory consumer protection, refund, cancellation, warranty, or other legal right available to you under applicable Nigerian law.

If any provision of this Refund Policy conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Mclenhub may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The updated version will be published on https://mclenhub.com with a revised effective date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
