Experience Lab is how Mclenhub moves you from course projects into stronger evidence. Levels are labeled on purpose: practice teaches, supervision proves, and client or internship work is never automatic with enrollment.

Level 2
Work with other students on a shared repo, with roles and reviews.
Level 3
Staff-supervised work against a real brief, with code review and deadlines.
Level 4
Scoped work for a real requester, still supervised.
Level 5
Longer placements where you join an existing product team.
Guaranteed service: practice and team project formats available as part of learning when you enroll in the relevant skills/path.
Eligibility-based: supervised and higher levels require demonstrated skill quality and open seats — you apply, you are not auto-placed.
External / optional: client and internship opportunities depend on availability and your performance. Never treat them as included employment.
